On October 2nd, 2021, CAL and partner organization ANDHES hosted a webinar to learn about the path toward holding corporations accountable for their participation in human rights violations committed under military dictatorships. Guest panelists Marcelo H. Garcia Berro, Federal Prosecutor in the Prosecution Unit for Crimes Against Humanity of Argentina, and Marlon A. Weichert, Prosecutor with the Federal Public Ministry of Brazil, shared their work in transitional justice and their experiences bringing cases against Volkswagen and Ford.
